These terms apply when you use Preparelly — the website at www.preparelly.com and its apps — to learn, teach or run courses. Preparelly is provided by Salizon Systems Private Limited, 202, Riverside Phase 2, Behind Balewadi Stadium, Mhalunge, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for a course you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email or phone, or with Google. Keep access to them to yourself.
- Give us accurate details. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and pay for you.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Courses, batches and sessions
- Courses are taught live, online, by the trainer named on the course or batch. A place in a batch includes its classes; a session pack lets you choose classes or one-to-one sessions until its credits or validity run out.
- We or your trainer may move a class when we have to. We tell you in the app and by message, and a class we cannot rearrange is handled under our refund policy.
- Recordings, notes and homework are provided where the trainer makes them available.
- Certificates are issued when a course's completion rules are met, and anyone can check a certificate at /verify.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST, shown on every price and on your invoice.
- You pay by UPI — directly to our account, confirmed once we have matched your payment reference, or through our payment partner. Your place or credits are active once the payment is confirmed.
- Where a batch allows paying later, you can join at once and must pay by the due date shown. We may remind you until it is paid.
- Offers and codes apply only to the person and plan they were issued for, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellations policy.
How to behave
Be respectful to trainers and other learners. Do not record, share or resell classes, materials or accounts; do not submit others' work as your own; do not upload anything unlawful or harmful, or try to interfere with the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after telling you why.
Content
Course materials, recordings and the Preparelly service belong to us or our trainers. You may use them for your own learning. Work you submit stays yours; you let us store it and show it to your trainers and institute staff so they can review it.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Preparelly available and accurate, but the service is provided as it is, and live classes depend on internet connections and third-party services outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the course or session concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we will show the date of the change here and tell you of anything significant. You can stop using Preparelly and ask us to close your account at any time.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at support@salizon.com or +91 95886 59045; if a dispute cannot be settled, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
